A thriving CommunityCommunity

With a range of 1 and 2 bedroom homes available, you can find the space and layout to suit your lifestyle at Park East.

This thriving community is arranged around a series of landscaped gardens, open green spaces and play areas, which everyone will enjoy spending time in.

It is a welcoming and inclusive place to meet, with footpaths crossing the development and landscaping to create an attractive environment. As part of the wider regeneration of Erith, Park East continues to enhance the local area and bring benefits to the whole community. It also builds on the success of Erith Park, the popular neighbouring community also created by Orbit and Wates.
